Rhea AI MGRC FY2025

Asset-heavy growth now converts profit into cash, but 2025 cost pressure interrupted the prior year’s margin and cash-flow step-up.

Gross margin edged up to 48.2% in FY2025 from 47.8% in FY2024. Operating margin nonetheless slipped to 25.8% from 26.8%, indicating operating costs absorbed the incremental gross profit rather than a broad deterioration in direct economics.

Operating cash flow was $255.7M against net income of $156.3M in FY2025, showing reported earnings were accompanied by substantial cash generation. Free cash flow fell to $211.3M from $334.1M in FY2024, so cash conversion weakened even though accounting profit remained positive.

Debt-to-equity declined from 1.0x in FY2024 to 0.9x in FY2025, indicating a less leveraged funding posture. Equity rose to $1.24B while liabilities fell to $1.12B, suggesting the expanding asset base was increasingly supported by equity capital rather than additional obligations.
