Recent Company History
Over the last several months, Atlantic American has repeatedly communicated challenges meeting reporting timelines, tied to accounting changes for long-duration insurance contracts. A prior Nasdaq notice on Apr 21, 2026 for a delayed Form 10-K did not immediately impact listing or trading and the stock rose about 1% over the next day. Today’s notice extends those compliance concerns to the Form 10-Q, reinforcing ongoing reporting and regulatory overhangs.
