New Managing Directors for the Rocky Mountains and in Dallas, TX underscore firm's commitment to attract experienced wealth advisors

NEW YORK and DENVER and DALLAS, Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Bernstein Private Wealth Management (Bernstein), a unit of AllianceBernstein L.P. (NYSE: AB), today announced two Managing Director hires to drive its growth strategy in priority markets. Gregory Kadet and Cecily Bolding have been named Managing Directors of Bernstein private wealth offices in the Rocky Mountains and Dallas, TX, respectively. In their new roles, Kadet and Bolding will lead teams of wealth advisors serving high-net-worth and ultrahigh-net-worth clients. Kadet and Bolding will report to Adam Sansiveri, Regional Senior Managing Director at Bernstein.

"We are delighted to welcome Greg and Cecily to our team at this transformational time for Bernstein," said Rick Meyers, Executive Managing Director and Head of Client and Advisory Services. "Our firm is committed to both organic and inorganic strategies to grow our business and bolster our advisor team. As regional leaders, we are confident Greg and Cecily have the leadership qualities and skill set to accelerate our presence in their respective markets and help our clients navigate the complexities that come with their wealth."

Sansiveri added, "We are thrilled to welcome Greg and Cecily to Bernstein. Both have distinguished themselves as accomplished wealth management industry leaders with exceptional skills and impressive backgrounds. Greg and Cecily have demonstrated notable success managing and growing high-performing wealth advisor teams. We are confident that their expertise and passion will help drive further growth and build upon the white-glove service we provide our clients in their respective markets."

Based in Denver, Kadet brings over 30 years of wealth management experience to his new role. Prior to joining Bernstein, Kadet served as Managing Director and Market Head for Greater Florida at UBS in Tampa, overseeing a team of 350 employees of which 180 were advisors across 15 locations and managing over $50 billion in assets under management. Before that role, he held the position of Regional Sales Manager at UBS, where he helped to lead 1,000 financial advisors across seven states. Kadet earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Arizona State University and achieved FINRA Series 3, 7, 9, 10, 63, and 65 licenses.

Bolding is a seasoned professional with two decades of experience in wealth management. Before joining Bernstein, she held the position of Managing Director at Northern Trust responsible for its Dallas market. During her tenure there, she also served as a Wealth Advisor, providing advice on multi-generational wealth strategies to high-net-worth families. Prior to that, Bolding worked in the nonprofit sector in Dallas, where she engaged with high-net-worth donors, establishing boards for local nonprofits such as Make-A-Wish North Texas and The Dallas Symphony. Bolding began her career as an analyst at Frost Bank. A native of Texan of Dallas/Fort Worth TX, she graduated with business honors and a pre-law concentration from Texas A&M University and holds the Certified Financial Planner certification from Southern Methodist University.

With an emphasis on ultrahigh-net-worth expansion, Bernstein announced its inorganic growth plans in July 2025 focused on recruiting experienced wealth advisors and selectively acquiring registered investment advisors (RIAs). This follows the firm's expansion of its ultrahigh-net-worth platform in January 2024 and the addition of the ultrahigh-net-worth service team. Bernstein is celebrating its one-year anniversary of its new office at the Spiral in Hudson Yards, New York City, which opened in September 2024. The firm has $144 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2025.
