Albertsons Companies to Release Second Quarter Fiscal 2024 Earnings on October 15, 2024

BOISE, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Albertsons Companies, Inc. (NYSE: ACI) will release its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2024, which ended September 7, 2024, before the market opens on October 15, 2024.

In light of the Company’s entry into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with The Kroger Co., Albertsons Companies will not be hosting a conference call or providing financial guidance in conjunction with its second quarter of fiscal year 2024 results.
