LOUIS, Nov. 15, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE) announced today the pricing of a public offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 5.70% senior notes due 2026 at 99.871% of their principal amount. The transaction is expected to close on November 20, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Ameren intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including to repay a portion of its short-term debt.

Barclays Capital Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
