"lease agreements with Ethiopian Airlines for two Boeing 777-300ERSF converted freighters."
Converted freighters are passenger airplanes that have been rebuilt inside and fitted to carry cargo instead of people, much like remodeling a family van into a moving truck. For investors, they matter because conversion can be a faster, often cheaper way to add cargo capacity, affecting airlines’ and lessors’ revenue potential, asset values and exposure to shifts in global shipping demand and air freight prices.
