Citigroup is serving as passive global coordinator, with Bradesco BBI, BTG Pactual, Itaú BBA, Santander, Societe Generale and XP Investment Banking serving as passive joint bookrunners, and Oppenheimer & Co. and Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP acting as co-managers.
