HONOLULU , Feb. 23, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (NYSE:ALEX) approved a first quarter 2021 dividend of $0.15 (15 cents) per share. The dividend is payable on April 2, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 18, 2021.
