TORONTO, April 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - D2L, a global leader in learning innovation, announced that Rasmussen University has selected D2L Brightspace to help power all courses and programs, replacing its previous learning platform, Blackboard.

Rasmussen – part of American Public Education, Inc.  (APEI) – has been committed to providing career-ready learning opportunities for over 125 years.
