low as of 2026-06-15 Days to cover: 1

Reported short positioning appears relatively low, indicating limited short-squeeze potential and suggesting that forced covering is unlikely to be a major driver of volatility.

Active S-3 Shelf Registration 2026-01-16
$75,000,000 registered capacity

An effective mixed shelf registration for up to $75,000,000 of securities, plus additional resale-registered warrants, gives the company flexibility to raise capital over time, which can introduce potential dilution and resale overhang for existing holders.

Key Terms

clia-certified, cap-accredited, apoe genotyping, microRNAs
4 terms
clia-certified technical
"biomarker technologies from DiamiR’s CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited clinical laboratory."
CLIA-certified means a laboratory has passed U.S. federal standards for performing tests on human samples, showing its results are accurate, reliable and timely. For investors this matters because certification is often required to sell clinical test services, bill insurers, win hospital or physician partnerships and avoid regulatory penalties — much like a restaurant passing a health inspection or a car getting a safety sticker before it can be sold.
cap-accredited technical
"biomarker technologies from DiamiR’s CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited clinical laboratory."
Cap-accredited means a laboratory or diagnostic service has been inspected and certified by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) for meeting rigorous standards in testing accuracy, quality control, staff qualifications and reporting. For investors, CAP accreditation signals that the lab’s results are more reliable and that the operation meets a well-recognized regulatory benchmark, which can reduce clinical and regulatory risk and support market trust and reimbursement; think of it like a high-score health inspection for a restaurant.
apoe genotyping medical
"Plasma-based APOE Genotyping: Development and Optimization of A Robust Protocol"
APOE genotyping is a laboratory test that reads a person’s DNA to determine which versions (alleles) of the APOE gene they carry, commonly labeled ε2, ε3, or ε4. It matters to investors because those gene variants influence risk and progression of neurological and lipid-related conditions, affecting demand for diagnostics, the design and outcomes of clinical trials, regulatory decisions, and market potential for targeted therapies—think of it as identifying which recipe variant a patient has before choosing a treatment.
microRNAs medical
"Circulating Brain-enriched And Inflammatory MicroRNAs As Blood Biomarkers"
microRNAs are tiny pieces of genetic material that act like dimmer switches for genes, turning down the production of specific proteins inside cells. Investors pay attention because microRNAs can be used as diagnostic markers or drug targets—meaning discoveries can create new tests, treatments, or business opportunities, and progress or setbacks in that research can materially affect a company’s clinical prospects and valuation.
