ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Crawford & Company® (NYSE: CRD-A and CRD-B) is pleased to announce that on July 30, 2026, at its regular quarterly meeting, the Board of Directors approved an increase in the quarterly dividend from $0.075 to $0.08 per share on both the Class A and Class B Common Stock. The dividend is payable on August 24, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 14, 2026.
