Julie Radford joined as Chief Communications & Corporate Affairs Officer in April 2025, with over 20 years of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She has led initiatives at the White House, Goldman Sachs Foundation, and most recently as a founding partner at R6 Consulting. Julie oversees global communications, employee engagement, public policy, and external affairs at Bumble.
Deirdre Runnette has been appointed Chief Legal Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience in legal, risk, and compliance to Bumble. She has advised high-growth technology companies ranging from late-stage startups to Fortune 500 leaders such as T-Mobile. A passionate advocate for inclusive and empowering workplace cultures, Deirdre will play a critical role in supporting Bumble’s global operations and continued growth.
