NEW YORK, March 4, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Carver Federal Savings Bank ("Carver") announces the strategic appointment of Tony Holmes as First Vice President, Retail Banking & Business Development Officer. In this newly created role, Holmes brings over 20 years of experience from leading financial institutions, including JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and ESL Federal Credit Union, enhancing Carver's mission to serve and empower its communities.
