LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cathay General Bancorp (Nasdaq: CATY) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of thirty-eight cents per common share, payable on September 8, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 28, 2026.
