Cunard Announces Royal Canadian Geographical Society Speaker Line-up for 2025 Alaska Season
Cunard has announced its 2025 Alaska season speaker lineup in collaboration with the Royal Canadian Geographical Society (RCGS) aboard the newly refurbished Queen Elizabeth. The program, running from June to September 2025, features distinguished RCGS speakers including explorers, naturalists, and experts. Notable speakers include George Kourounis (storm chaser), Laval St. Germain (the only Canadian to summit Everest without supplemental oxygen), and Andrew Fuestel (former NASA astronaut).
The cruise line will also host other renowned speakers such as TV host Robson Green, mountaineer Peter Hillary, and Captain Bill Wichrowski from The Deadliest Catch. Alaska Native Voices Cultural Heritage Guides will be present on all voyages. This marks the third season of Cunard's successful partnership with RCGS, offering guests an enriching educational experience through their Insights program alongside Alaskan shore excursions.
