Athletic-based training facility coming to Loudoun County’s premier mixed-use development

RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHCI) (“Comstock”), a leading asset manager, developer, and operator of mixed-use and transit-oriented properties in the Washington, D.C. region, announced today that D1 Training has signed a lease for 4,360 square feet of retail space at 43800 Central Station Drive in Loudoun Station.

D1 Training is a franchise fitness center and membership-based gym that provides sports-science-based training to athletes of all ages and skill levels. Its goal-oriented classes include group workouts, semi-private sessions, and one-on-one coaching, each led by expert coaches and built around accountability, intensity, and measurable progress.

Founded in 2001 by former NFL player Will Bartholomew, D1 Training is a Nashville-based organization that has more than 100 performance centers nationwide. The Loudoun Station location will join existing Virginia facilities in Alexandria, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Midlothian.
