Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

ChowChow Cloud International Holdings (CHOW) announced a 1-for-10 reverse share split effective October 23, 2026, followed by a share-class redesignation. Class A shares will begin post-split trading on NYSE American on October 26, 2026. The body gives October 26 as the effective date, differing from the headline.

Class A shares will carry one vote each; Class B shares will carry ten. Expected issued shares are 1,103,375 Class A and 2,445,625 Class B, subject to fractional-share adjustments, with Rainbow Sun Enterprises holding the Class B shares. Authorized share capital will increase to US$100,000,000,000. Shareholders approved the actions on September 14, 2026. The company intends the split to increase its share price to maintain its listing.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

4 terms
reverse share split financial
"effect a reverse share split of its ordinary shares"
A reverse share split is when a company reduces the number of its shares outstanding by combining multiple shares into one, effectively increasing the price of each share. For investors, this can help improve the company's image or meet stock exchange listing requirements, but it does not change the total value of their investment. It’s similar to turning many small pieces of a puzzle into fewer larger pieces—nothing new is added or lost, just rearranged.
par value financial
"ordinary shares, par value US$0.0001 each"
Par value is the fixed amount printed on a bond or stock that represents its original value when issued. It’s like the face value of a coin or bill—what the issuer promises to pay back or the starting price of a stock—though it often doesn’t change with market prices. It matters because it helps determine certain financial details, like how much the company will pay back at maturity.
cusip financial
"under a new CUSIP number"
A CUSIP is a nine-character alphanumeric code that uniquely identifies a U.S. or Canadian financial security—such as a stock, bond, or fund share—like a Social Security number for an investment. It matters to investors because brokers, exchanges and record-keepers use the CUSIP to match trades, track ownership, settle transactions and pull accurate records, reducing errors and ensuring money and securities go to the right place.
View in glossary
authorized share capital financial
"increase its authorized share capital to US$100,000,000,000"
The maximum number of shares a company is legally allowed to issue according to its governing documents. Think of it as the size of the blank checkbook a company keeps for selling ownership stakes: it sets an upper limit but does not mean all shares are in circulation. Investors care because a larger authorized amount makes it easier for the company to raise money or grant stock-based pay, which can dilute existing holdings and affect control and value per share.

SINGAPORE, Oct. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ChowChow Cloud International Holdings Limited (“Chowchow” or the “Company”) (NYSE American: CHOW), a technology company providing one-stop cloud solutions in Hong Kong, today announced that it will effect a reverse share split of its ordinary shares, par value US$0.0001 each (the “Ordinary Shares”), on a one-for-ten basis (the “Reverse Share Split”), followed immediately by the redesignation of its authorized and issued Ordinary Shares as Class A ordinary shares, each carrying one (1) vote per share (the “Class A Ordinary Shares”), and Class B ordinary shares, each carrying ten (10) votes per share (the “Class B Ordinary Shares”) (the “Redesignation”). The Company’s Class A Ordinary Shares will begin trading on the NYSE American (“NYSE American”) on a post-split basis on October 26, 2026 under the symbol “CHOW” under a new CUSIP number – G2124J116.

No fractional shares will be issued as a result of the Reverse Share Split. Each beneficial owner of the Company’s ordinary shares who would be entitled to a fractional share as a result of the Reverse Share Split shall have their entitlement rounded up to the nearest whole share.
