(NASDAQ: CJET) (the “Company”) refers to its announcement on November 13, 2025, in which the Company announced that at the opening of trading on November 14, 2025, the Class A ordinary shares of the Company would begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new name “Digital Currency X Technology Inc.” and new ticker symbol “DCX.” Due to certain regulatory procedural reasons, there will be a delay in the effective date of the Company’s official name change and new ticker symbol, and the Class A ordinary shares of the Company will continue to trade under the prior name “CHIJET MOTOR COMPANY, INC.” and the symbol ticker “CJET” until completion of the relevant regulatory procedures.
