"through the Company’s recent uplisting to the NYSE American"
Uplisting occurs when a company's stock moves from a less regulated, smaller exchange to a more established and widely recognized one. This transition can make the stock more accessible and attractive to a broader range of investors, potentially increasing its value and trading volume. For investors, uplisting often signals growth and stability, which can influence confidence and trading decisions.

Molybdenum is a metallic element used in small amounts to strengthen steel and other metals, improve heat resistance, and act as a component in catalysts and high-tech parts. Think of it like a special seasoning added to metal to make it tougher and last longer. Investors track molybdenum because its supply, production costs, and demand from construction, energy and industrial sectors can affect mining companies’ revenues and the prices of related raw materials.
critical minerals technical

Materials needed to build modern technologies—like batteries, electronics, renewable energy systems and defense equipment—that have few easy substitutes and often come from a small number of countries or mines. Investors care because their supply can be disrupted, expensive or slow to increase, which affects the cost, availability and growth prospects of companies and industries that rely on them; think of them as critical spare parts for the global economy.
chartered financial analyst financial

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a professional credential awarded to people who pass a series of demanding exams and meet work and ethical requirements in investments and financial analysis.
