("CooTek" or the "Company") (NYSE: CTK), a fast-growing global mobile internet company, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders at 9F, Building T2, No.16, Lane 399, Xinlong Road, Shanghai, 201101, China on December 17, 2020 at 8:00 pm (HKT, local time). Due to the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic and the public health and travel restrictions, attendees unable to attend in person can join the meeting via virtual conference.
