WARRENVILLE, Ill., Feb. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicago Rivet & Machine Co. (NYSE American: CVR) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share payable March 20, 2026, to all shareholders of record on March 6, 2025.
