PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Del Monte Corporation, one of the world's leading vertically integrated producers, distributors and marketers of fresh and shelf-stable produce, today announced its sponsorship of the American Diabetes Association's (ADA) annual Step Out^® Walk in Pittsburgh on September 26 at PNC Park, joining community members, advocates, healthcare professionals and families in the fight to prevent and cure diabetes while improving the lives of everyone affected by the disease. The partnership reflects Del Monte's continued commitment to strengthening its presence in the Steel City—a community where its North American Foods Division has called home for more than two decades.
