Dianthus Therapeutics Highlights Claseprubart Data Presentations Planned for 2026 AANEM Annual Meeting

The reported CAPTIVATE response rate comes from an interim analysis of unblinded trial participants.

Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Dianthus Therapeutics (DNTH) plans five claseprubart presentations at the 2026 AANEM Annual Meeting, including interim Phase 3 CAPTIVATE data.

The interim analysis found a 75% response rate among the first 40 participants who completed unblinded Part A of CAPTIVATE, a trial in chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy. The other presentations include material on the Phase 2 MaGic open-label extension in generalized myasthenia gravis.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Key Terms

open-label extension, ivig, cidp, phase 3
4 terms
open-label extension medical
"observed for claseprubart in the Phase 2 MaGic open-label extension"
An open-label extension is a continuation of a clinical trial where all participants and researchers know which treatment is being given, often after an initial blinded phase. It allows further study of a drug's long-term safety and effectiveness. For investors, it can indicate ongoing interest and confidence in a product's potential, influencing perceptions of its future value.
ivig medical
"the need for new treatment options beyond IVIG"
IVIG is a medicine made from pooled human antibodies given through a vein to boost or calm the immune system; doctors use it to treat immune deficiencies, certain infections and autoimmune conditions. Investors watch IVIG because it is a high-value, repeatedly used biologic with supply tied to plasma donations, production capacity and regulatory oversight, so changes in availability, pricing or approval can meaningfully affect company revenues and healthcare costs—think of it as renting someone else’s immune protection.
cidp medical
"For people living with CIDP, functional impairment"
Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) is a long‑term autoimmune disorder in which the immune system progressively damages the protective coating (myelin) around peripheral nerves, causing weakness, numbness and reduced coordination — like frayed insulation on electrical wiring that disrupts signal flow. It matters to investors because treatments, clinical trial results, regulatory approvals and reimbursement decisions directly affect demand, pricing and revenue prospects for companies developing therapies for this disabling condition.
phase 3 medical
"the Phase 3 CAPTIVATE trial"
Phase 3 is the late-stage clinical testing step for a new drug or medical treatment, where the product is given to large groups of patients to confirm effectiveness, monitor side effects, and compare it to standard care. Successful Phase 3 results are often the final scientific hurdle before regulators decide on approval and market launch—like passing a final exam before graduation—and can sharply change a company's valuation and future revenue prospects.

NEW YORK and WALTHAM, Mass., Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dianthus Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: DNTH), a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to developing next-generation therapies to transform the treatment of severe autoimmune diseases, today announced one oral presentation and four poster presentations for claseprubart at the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) Annual Meeting, taking place September 29 to October 2, 2026 in Orlando, Florida.

“Despite important advances in the treatment of generalized myasthenia gravis, there remains a need for therapies that can provide consistent disease control while reducing the treatment burden for patients,” said Tuan Vu, MD, Professor of Neurology at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. “The sustained efficacy results and continued favorable safety profile observed for claseprubart in the Phase 2 MaGic open-label extension are encouraging and support its continued development as a potential differentiated treatment option for patients with gMG.”

“For people living with CIDP, functional impairment can have a substantial impact on everyday life, underscoring the need for new treatment options beyond IVIG,” said Richard Lewis, MD, Professor of Neurology at Cedars-Sinai. “The 75% response rate observed in the interim responder analysis of the first 40 participants completing unblinded Part A of the Phase 3 CAPTIVATE trial is encouraging, particularly given the consistent and clinically meaningful improvements demonstrated across multiple measures of function and disability in a broad patient population with varied prior treatment experience. These findings highlight the potential for claseprubart to offer a new approach to the treatment of CIDP.”

About Claseprubart (DNTH103)
Claseprubart is an investigational, clinical-stage, potent monoclonal antibody engineered to selectively target the classical pathway by inhibiting only the active form of the C1s protein, a clinically validated complement target. Claseprubart is enhanced with YTE half-life extension technology designed to enable a more convenient subcutaneous, infrequently dosed, self-administered injection. Additionally, selective inhibition of the classical complement pathway may lower patient risk of infection from encapsulated bacteria by preserving immune activity of the lectin and alternative pathways. As the classical pathway plays a significant role in disease pathology, claseprubart has the potential to be a best-in-disease pipeline-in-a-product across a range of autoimmune disorders with high unmet need. Claseprubart was granted Orphan Drug Designation by the FDA for the treatment of Myasthenia Gravis in May 2026.

Dianthus is building a neuromuscular franchise with claseprubart and expects to report top-line data from the Phase 2 MoMeNtum trial in Multifocal Motor Neuropathy in December ’26, to provide an update on timing of top-line data from Part B of the Phase 3 CAPTIVATE trial in Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy by YE’26, and to report top-line results from the Phase 3 EMERGE trial in generalized Myasthenia Gravis in 2H’28.

Claseprubart is an investigational agent that is not approved as a therapy in any indication in any jurisdiction worldwide.
