(BVC: ECOPETROL; NYSE: EC) ("Ecopetrol" or the "Company") informs that the amendment of its bylaws relating to its corporate purpose was registered before the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá D.C. and is contained in Public Deed No. 1273 of June 18, 2024, of Notary 52 of the Circuit of Bogota. This amendment was approved by the general shareholders meeting in ordinary session on March 22, 2024 and by the bondholders meetings on May 29, 2024.
