(NASDAQ: EOSE) (Eos), America's leading innovator in designing, manufacturing, and providing zinc-based long-duration energy storage (LDES) systems sourced and manufactured in the United States, today announced a non-exclusive strategic software and hardware collaboration agreement that combines WATTMORE's patented Intellect Operate EMS/PPC/SCADA platform with Eos' Z3 long-duration energy storage systems.

As part of this agreement, Eos has committed to deploy WATTMORE's Intellect Operate Energy Management System (EMS) and Power Plant Controller (PPC) for select customer projects and support integration of WATTMORE's EMS platform with Eos' DawnOS™ and Z3 technology. Designed, engineered, and operated by WATTMORE's Denver-based team, the platform combines FEOC- and BABA-compliant hardware with Intellect Operate software to provide a pre-integrated controls option for Eos customers.
