DEARBORN, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) today announced its second-quarter 2026 financial results and declared a third-quarter regular dividend of 15 cents per share, payable on Sept. 1 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 11. At 5 p.m. ET today, Ford and Ford Credit management will hold a conference call to discuss these financial results. The webcast will be available for replay for approximately one week following the call.
