SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- First BanCorp (the “Corporation”) (NYSE: FBP), the bank holding company for FirstBank Puerto Rico, announced today that it expects to report its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, before the market opens on October 23, 2025.

First BanCorp will hold a conference call and live webcast to discuss the financial results at 10:00am Eastern Time on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
