Mr. Scorpio, who is based in Chicago, has more than a decade of experience leading high-profile M&A and reputational engagements for Fortune 500 companies, private equity and family businesses such as T-Mobile, Keurig Dr Pepper, IFF and Pritzker Private Capital, as well as Medline on its 2025 IPO, the largest globally since 2021.
