NEW YORK, Aug. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Black Pearl Equities, a New York-based investment group (together with its affiliates, "Black Pearl"), today announced that it has extended the expiration date of its previously announced tender offer to purchase all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Selectis Health, Inc. (OTCQB: GBCS ) ("Selectis" or the "Company"), a healthcare company, for $5.75 per share in cash.

Black Pearl Equity Extends Tender Offer for Selectis Health

The tender offer, which was scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on August 24, 2026, has been extended and will now expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on August 27, 2026, unless further extended, as the parties continue to work to satisfy certain conditions to the consummation of the offer.
