NEW YORK, Aug. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Black Pearl Equities, a New York-based investment group (together with its affiliates, "Black Pearl"), today announced that it has extended the expiration date of its previously announced tender offer to purchase all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Selectis Health, Inc. (OTCQB: GBCS) ("Selectis" or the "Company"), a healthcare company, for $5.75 per share in cash.
