Recent Company History

Over the last several earnings cycles, Global Net Lease has paired quarterly and annual results with balance sheet de‑risking and portfolio repositioning. Q2 and Q3 2025 results on Aug 6 and Nov 5 highlighted large net debt reductions, credit upgrades, and raised AFFO guidance, with strong positive price reactions. The Feb 25, 2026 full‑year 2025 report delivered above‑guidance AFFO and further deleveraging but drew a negative one‑day move. Prior earnings release‑date notices (e.g., Feb 5, 2026) triggered only modest reactions, similar in nature to today’s Q1 2026 timing announcement.
