New recruiting platform brings ZoomInfo’s data and intelligence together with autonomous candidate discovery and engagement

VANCOUVER, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM), the Go To Market Intelligence Platform, today announced Talent Autopilot, its most advanced technology for recruiting, designed to help talent acquisition teams discover and engage qualified candidates that traditional search can miss.

Talent Autopilot brings together ZoomInfo’s professional and company intelligence with autonomous reasoning and action. Instead of relying primarily on titles, keywords, and filters, recruiters provide the context of a role, and Talent Autopilot reasons across skills, experience, career paths, and company intelligence to discover candidates whose qualifications may not be immediately obvious.

The launch represents a significant evolution for ZoomInfo Talent Solutions and brings some of the company’s newest technology to a market where better data can fundamentally change the outcome.

“Recruiting teams do not need another tool that simply gives them more candidates to sort through,” said Jon Bischke, General Manager, ZoomInfo Talent Solutions. “They need technology that understands what they are trying to accomplish and has the intelligence to act on it. Talent Autopilot combines the depth of ZoomInfo’s data with a new way of working, helping recruiters find the right people faster while keeping them in control.”

Talent Autopilot supports the recruiting workflow from candidate discovery through initial engagement. Recruiters can provide role requirements and hiring context, review discovered candidates, and refine results using natural language feedback. They can manage candidates, personalize outreach through connected Gmail or Outlook accounts, and work alongside existing applicant tracking systems.

Recruiters remain in control of candidate selection and outreach.

The launch comes as employers are scrutinizing the data behind emerging recruiting technology. New research from Aptitude Research found that 90% of respondents require independently verified data when evaluating technology, while 77% would eliminate or disadvantage a provider that cannot explain how its data is sourced and verified.

That creates an important distinction as recruiting technology becomes more autonomous. The information available to the technology can determine who is discovered before a recruiter ever evaluates a candidate.

“The best candidate is not always the person with the perfect title, the expected background or the most obvious career path,” said Chad Herring, Chief Human Resources Officer at ZoomInfo. “Great hiring requires us to look beyond what is obvious and recognize potential others may overlook. Talent Autopilot gives recruiting teams a new way to discover talent, helping them find the right person, even when that person was not who they originally thought to search for.”

Key Terms

applicant tracking systems technical
Applicant tracking systems are software tools that collect, sort and manage job applications and candidate information, acting like an automated mailroom that filters résumés, schedules interviews and stores hiring records. Investors care because these systems affect a company’s ability to hire quickly and cost-effectively, improve compliance and hiring metrics, and scale workforce growth—factors that influence operating costs, productivity and long-term profitability.
natural language technical
Natural language is the ordinary human speech and writing people use to communicate ideas, questions and information, as opposed to computer code or formal symbols. For investors, it matters because many business documents, communications, customer feedback and emerging technologies like natural language processing rely on this everyday wording; understanding how machines interpret or companies present that language can affect how information is measured, automated and valued. Analogously, it’s the difference between talking to a person and typing commands into a machine.
