CLEVELAND, Aug. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyster-Yale, Inc. (NYSE: HY) announced that on August 12, 2025, the Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of 36 cents per share. The dividend is payable on both Class A and Class B Common Stock and will be paid September 16, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 29, 2025.
