The Company confirms shareholders approved the adoption of a new omnibus incentive plan (the "Plan") at the annual general and special meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders held on August 7, 2025. The Plan provides for the grant of incentive stock options ("Options"), restricted share units and deferred share units. Up to ten percent of the outstanding common share capital at any time is reserved for the grant of Options, and an additional 1,007,465 shares are reserved for the grant of all other equity-based incentives.
