DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH) (“Invitation Homes” or the “Company”), the nation’s premier single-family home leasing and management company, today announced that James Curl will join the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer on September 8.

As artificial intelligence and digital innovation continue to transform our industry, strong technology leadership is essential,” said President and Chief Executive Officer Dallas Tanner. “James has a proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformation and building high-performing teams. His experience and leadership will help Invitation Homes accelerate our evolution in how we apply technology and innovation across the business, enhance operational excellence, and deliver even better experiences for our residents.”

Curl brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience across software engineering, enterprise architecture, product management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data platforms, and digital transformation. He joins Invitation Homes from Xome, a Rocket Companies subsidiary, where he has served as Chief Technology Officer since 2022. Prior to that, he held senior technology leadership roles at T-Mobile, Deloitte Consulting, and Alcatel-Lucent. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Texas A&M University.
