chief financial officer financial
"announced the appointment of Mr. Ying Tian as Chief Financial Officer of the Company"
A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the person in charge of a company's money and financial planning. They decide how to spend, save, and invest funds to help the company grow and stay stable. Their role is important because good financial decisions keep the company healthy and successful.
senior vice president of finance financial
"step down from her position as Interim Chief Financial Officer and resume the role of Senior Vice President of Finance"
A senior vice president of finance is a high-level executive responsible for overseeing a company's financial health, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. Think of this role as the company's financial captain, guiding decisions to ensure stability and growth. Investors pay attention because this person’s work directly affects the company's profitability and long-term success.
non-executive director regulatory
"Mr. Tian served as a non-executive director and a member of the audit committee"
A non-executive director is a member of a company’s board who does not work for the company day-to-day but provides independent oversight, strategic guidance and checks on management. For investors, they matter because they act like an impartial referee or outside advisor, helping ensure decisions protect shareholder interests, reduce risks of poor governance, and add credibility to financial reporting and long-term strategy.
audit committee regulatory
"served as a non-executive director and a member of the audit committee of Kunlunxin"
A company's audit committee is a small group of board members who act like independent inspectors for the firm's finances, overseeing how financial reports are prepared, monitoring internal controls, and managing the relationship with external auditors. Investors care because a strong audit committee reduces the risk of accounting errors, fraud, or misleading statements, making financial statements more trustworthy and helping protect shareholder value.

"He obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credential in 2025"
A certified management accountant (CMA) is a professional credential for accountants who specialize in a company’s internal finance functions—budgeting, cost control, performance measurement and strategic planning—after passing exams and meeting experience requirements. Investors care because a CMA on a company’s finance team signals disciplined financial management and clearer forecasting, similar to having a certified navigator guiding a ship: it reduces uncertainty about how well the company allocates resources and manages profit drivers.
