Innovative Aerosystems to Change Nasdaq Ticker Symbol to “IA” Following Corporate Rebranding
The change is consistent with the Company’s continued business transformation and rebranding initiative launched in late 2025. The new ticker symbol represents the next step in that transition, more closely aligning the Company’s public-market identity with its corporate name, brand and long-term strategy.
To commemorate the milestone, members of IA’s leadership team, Board of Directors, employees and invited guests will ring the Nasdaq Closing Bell on August 18.
"Changing our ticker symbol to ‘IA’ completes the alignment of our corporate identity in the public markets," said Shahram Askarpour, Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Aerosystems. “Since adopting the Innovative Aerosystems name last year, we have continued to advance our strategy, strengthen our market position and build greater awareness of the organization we are today. Innovation has always been the driving force behind everything we do, and this new brand identity reflects our focus on integrating advanced avionics with intelligent system designs to deliver innovative aerospace solutions. We look forward to celebrating this important milestone with our employees, customers, shareholders and other stakeholders at the Nasdaq Closing Bell."
The ticker-symbol change will not affect the Company’s legal name, capital structure, shareholder rights or business operations. No action is required by existing shareholders in connection with the change. The Company’s common stock will continue to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market, and its CUSIP number will remain unchanged.
