The annual meeting will be held on October 31, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Beijing Time (10 p.m. ET, October 30, 2024) at ITP's production base in Wei County, Hebei Province, China. Stockholders of record at the close of business on September 6, 2024 are entitled to receive notice and vote at the annual meeting.
