2 terms
platform-agnostic technical
"in a modular, platform-agnostic package designed for integration"
Software, tools, or services that work across different devices, operating systems, or hosting environments without needing special changes or a specific brand. Think of it like a universal remote that controls many TV models: it broadens the potential user base, reduces dependence on one vendor or platform, and can speed adoption and cut integration costs — factors investors watch because they affect market reach, revenue resilience, and scalability.
new equipment training technical
"government evaluation and New Equipment Training (NET) events"
Training provided to workers to teach them how to operate, maintain, and safely use newly acquired machinery, tools, or technology. It matters to investors because effective training can reduce setup delays, lower accident and repair costs, and speed up productivity gains—the way a quick tutorial helps someone get useful with a new gadget sooner, which affects how quickly a capital purchase begins to contribute to business results.
