New 45,000-square-foot location brings the first significant eVTOL aircraft company presence to Texas as Joby prepares for its first eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP) flights across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hillwood announced today that Joby Aviation, Inc. (NYSE: JOBY) has signed a lease for 45,000 square feet at Alliance Air Trade Center in Haslet, part of Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport. Located within Hillwood’s 27,000-acre AllianceTexas development, the leased space marks the first significant North Texas presence by an electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft manufacturer and strengthens the region’s growing role in advanced air mobility.

Joby is a leading developer of eVTOL aircraft designed for commercial passenger transportation.

The new location positions Joby within one of the nation’s most established aviation and logistics platforms.
