KKR (NYSE: KKR) has signed definitive agreements for funds it manages to acquire Japanese beauty and lifestyle brand platform Ci FLAVORS from all existing shareholders, including founder Yusaku Horiuchi, L Catterton, eBeauty Group, and Yanagi Capital Partners. Horiuchi and Representative Director and CEO Yoshiaki Okura will reinvest alongside KKR.
Founded in 2011, Ci FLAVORS operates brands such as &honey, 8 THE THALASSO, unlabel, THERATIS, and MOROCCAN BEAUTY across haircare, skincare, body care, and lifestyle categories. The company combines brand sales, OEM manufacturing, D2C and e-commerce, department store retail, and global sourcing, and has grown its overseas sales in Asia and North America.
According to KKR, the deal is part of its flagship Asia Pacific private equity strategy and builds on its global consumer investments, including Wella Company, Fresha, Seiyu, V3 Group, and Vini Cosmetics. Financial terms were not disclosed.
KKR (NYSE:KKR) has signed definitive agreements for funds it manages to acquire a minority stake in Indian ticketing and live entertainment platform BookMyShow. The investment will support BookMyShow’s next growth phase, particularly scaling its BookMyShow Live division and strengthening its full-stack entertainment offerings across India.
KKR said the deal reflects its conviction in India’s entertainment sector and BookMyShow’s role in out-of-home and live experiences. The transaction, whose financial terms were not disclosed, is subject to customary regulatory approvals and will add BookMyShow to KKR’s global media and entertainment portfolio.
OPKO Health (NASDAQ: OPK) expanded its financing relationship with HealthCare Royalty (a business of KKR, HCRx) by issuing an additional $125 million of senior secured notes, backed by OPKO’s royalty interests from its mazdutide license with Eli Lilly. The notes mature in 2044, aligned with OPKO’s existing HCRx notes.
According to OPKO, the structure delivers additional non-dilutive capital while capping total payments at 1.5x the funded amount, after which OPKO retains future royalty economics. Mazdutide is commercialized in China by Innovent Biologics, and OPKO began recording related royalty revenue in 2025.
NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) announced strategic partnerships with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR to establish independent AI compute financing platforms intended to mobilize over $500 billion of third-party capital over time for AI infrastructure buildout.
According to NVIDIA, memorandums of understanding with these six financial institutions aim to create dedicated capital pools at significant scale and attractive rates for NVIDIA customers, turning NVIDIA compute and full-stack AI infrastructure into an investable asset class and broadening access to AI factories across its ecosystem. These partnerships remain subject to execution of final agreements.
Crowe announced that funds managed by KKR (NYSE: KKR) have closed an equity investment in Crowe Advisory LLC, forming a strategic partnership to support Crowe’s growth. Crowe Advisory will provide tax, advisory and other non-attest services, while Crowe LLP remains a licensed CPA firm delivering attest services.
FS KKR Capital Corp. (NYSE: FSK) reported second quarter 2026 net investment income (NII) of $0.44 per share, up from $0.42 in Q1, and adjusted NII of $0.43 per share. Net asset value was $18.30 per share, down from $18.83, reflecting total net realized and unrealized losses of $0.56 per share and a net loss of $0.13 per share.
The board declared a third quarter 2026 common distribution of $0.44 per share, payable on or about October 2, 2026, and a convertible preferred dividend of $0.315972 per share. FSK executed a $150 million tender offer by a KKR subsidiary, issued $150 million of convertible preferred stock to a KKR subsidiary, and began a $300 million share repurchase program, buying about 3.7 million shares for $40 million through August 5, 2026 at prices below NAV. As of June 30, 2026, investments totaled $11.4 billion (63% senior secured), non-accruals were 3.8% of fair value, and the debt-to-equity ratio declined to 127% with $3.1 billion of available financing capacity.
KKR (NYSE: KKR) has signed definitive agreements for funds it manages to acquire Medicover India, the India hospital operations of Medicover AB (Nasdaq Stockholm: MCOV B). Medicover India, established in 2017, operates 24 multi-specialty hospitals with approximately 4,800 beds across South and West India.
The network offers more than 80 clinical specialties and is supported by over 1,900 doctors, serving millions of patients annually. According to KKR, the investment aligns with its conviction in India’s long-term healthcare development and the objectives of the National Health Policy 2017. Since 2004, KKR has invested more than US$20 billion across the global healthcare ecosystem. The Medicover India transaction remains subject to necessary regulatory approvals, and additional financial details were not disclosed.
KKR (NYSE: KKR) announced the final closing of KKR Global Infrastructure Investors V, a $19.2 billion Core+ infrastructure fund focused on critical assets and businesses primarily in North America and Western Europe. It is KKR’s largest infrastructure fund to date and contributes to approximately $45 billion raised across its latest global infrastructure vehicle vintages.
According to KKR, its infrastructure platform now manages about $120 billion in equity, up from $13 billion in 2019, has completed more than 100 investments, and employs roughly 160 dedicated infrastructure executives. Fund V has already committed over $9 billion to assets including Altitude III, Enilive, FiberCop, Metronet, Sempra Infrastructure and others, and is backed by a diversified global investor base spanning pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurers, asset managers, private wealth platforms and family offices.
Integer (NYSE: ITGR) agreed to be acquired by an affiliate of investment funds managed by KKR (NYSE: KKR) in an all-cash transaction valuing Integer at an enterprise value of approximately $5.7 billion. Integer stockholders are to receive $127 per share in cash, a premium of about 51.8% to the April 29, 2026 closing price and 28.8% to the 30-day VWAP as of July 31, 2026.
The Integer Board unanimously approved the merger, following a strategic review begun April 30, 2026, and recommends stockholders vote for it. Closing is expected by year-end, subject to stockholder and regulatory approvals, and is not subject to a financing contingency. KKR will fund the deal with equity from its managed funds and committed debt. After closing, Integer will become a private company and its shares will be delisted from the NYSE. Integer also withdrew its financial outlook and cancelled its August 6, 2026 earnings call due to the pending transaction.
