(NEO:KNR) (OTCQB:KNRLF) (FSE:1K8) (“Kontrol” or the “Company”), adds a new Industrial Customer (the “Customer”) providing real-time monitoring of air quality and water quality across a number of petro chemical facilities. The Company will operate and manage air monitoring and water assets including a network of monitoring stations, associated data acquisition software and equipment, and calibration equipment.

Approximately $1.1 Million in recurring revenues will be generated over a three-year period. In addition, the Company will have the opportunity to deliver at the request of the Customer individual projects, improvements or upgrades which are not recurring but may add to revenues over time.
