(Nasdaq: KTOS), a Technology Company in the Defense, National Security and Global Markets, announced today that Brian Shepard has been appointed as Chief Information Officer of the Company. In his capacity as CIO, Mr. Shepard will be responsible for all information technology of the Company, including information security, information compliance and data communications.
