Given the large number of historic workings on Kuya Silver's expansive 13,000+ ha land package in the Cobalt silver mining district, the Company has been reviewing and studying potentially mineralized above-ground material including historic mine stockpiles and tailings storage for their potential reprocessing to recover silver and other metals such as cobalt. The initial results validate the potential for hidden value contained in historical above-ground materials at Silver Kings. By applying modern evaluation and processing techniques to these materials, Kuya Silver sees an opportunity, with further study, to delineate and potentially recover significant silver and cobalt mineralization in a robust commodity price environment.

Summary of Sampling Program

Seven different areas, known to host above-ground material from historic mining, were chosen for a preliminary sampling program based on accessibility and to provide a representative coverage of the district encompassing the Silver Kings project. The program included five zones in the vicinity of Kerr Lake in the northern part of the property package and two zones in the Silver Centre area. The field sampling was completed in late 2025 and during the first half of 2026 Kuya Silver completed assaying and mineralogical studies on the samples collected.

Two of the larger known tailings storage areas were sampled in this program; Canadaka tailings, located near the Kerr Lake Mill (also known as Canadaka mill and Trio mill) and Frontier tailings near the historic Keeley-Frontier mine in the Silver Centre area. In the Company's view, tailings stockpiles are a good candidate for reprocessing as the original processing used methods and recovery techniques that were less efficient, Canadaka processing occurred 40-50 years ago and Frontier, 60-100 years ago. Tailings material is already fine (i.e. small particle size) and tends to be more homogenous in grade and physical characteristics as compared to unprocessed blast material stockpiles. Master composite samples from both tailings stockpiles return significant silver grades including 75 g/t silver from the Frontier tailings (5 subsamples) and 47 g/t silver from the Canadaka tailings (12 subsamples), both with minor cobalt (see table).

Four blast material stockpiles, located near historical mines, were also sampled. Historically, grade control at the Cobalt camp was also known to be rudimentary. In the early 1900's, miners relied largely on visual markers to identify the highest grade silver veins, as a result significant silver and cobalt mineralization that did not meet the high cut off grades at the time and was often left on the surface. Kuya Silver believes that these stockpiles, which number in the dozens and are distributed over the Silver Kings land package, represent a highly prospective surface level target for potential recovery. While results from these blast stockpiles exhibit natural grade variability, this material is an excellent candidate for modern upgrading using optical or sensor-based sorting technologies, used in many operations today. Highlighting the potential of this program, the best master composite results included Silverfields, which reported the highest silver grade at 62 g/t, and Lawson, which reported the highest cobalt grade at 0.184 percent.

Finally, the crushed stockpile located at the Kerr Lake mill was sampled. This stockpile material was left by a previous mill operator and has been partially processed to a smaller grain size. Recent sampling by Kuya Silver indicates that it contains significant amounts of silver, cobalt and copper. The master composite of three subsamples taken from the stockpile returned assays of 168 g/t silver and 0.365% cobalt (276 g/t silver equivalent1) and 0.6% copper.

Development Strategy

Based on the significant silver and cobalt assays results from the preliminary sampling program, Kuya Silver expects to advance the project through the following steps:

  • Additional sampling of stockpiles to improve the precision of estimates for metal content and other properties. In addition, Kuya Silver expects to sample other stockpiles beyond the seven included in this preliminary work to further add to its database and understanding of the potential above-ground mineralization at the Silver Kings project.

  • Metallurgical testing to determine the optimal processing flowsheet given economic factors, recoveries, environmental factors and processing flexibility. The optimal processing approach is expected to be different for the various stockpile types (tailings, blast material, etc.) and processing methods that can be used for multiple sources of mineralized material may be especially important to evaluate at this stage.

  • Resource estimation by surveying the volume of material in selected stockpiles and then using grades and other physical properties (such as density). Any future public disclosure would be accompanied by a technical report in accordance with National Instrument 43-101.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control

The stockpile and tailings samples reported in this news release were submitted to PMC Labs Ltd. ("PMC") in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. PMC is an analytical laboratory independent of Kuya Silver Corporation. Upon receipt, samples were weighed for documentation and traceability, dried, crushed where required, homogenized and split, with a portion retained as backup material. Representative portions were pulverized for analytical testing.

Samples were analyzed using a four-acid digestion metals package with an ICP-OES/ICP-MS finish. PMC's internal analytical quality assurance and quality control procedures included the insertion of certified reference materials, blanks and pulp duplicates within the analytical batches.

As an additional independent verification measure, a suite of selected subsample and master-composite pulps was submitted by PMC to AGAT Laboratories in Calgary, Alberta for check analysis. AGAT Laboratories is a certified commercial laboratory and is independent of the Company and PMC Labs. The check samples were analyzed using the same methods as PMC - 4 Acid Digest - Metals Package, ICP-OES/ICP-MS Finish. The AGAT certificate also includes laboratory quality-control results for certified reference materials.

The primary assay results, laboratory QA/QC results and independent check-assay results have been compiled for review by the Company and its Qualified Person. No material quality-control issues were identified that would preclude the use of the analytical results for the purposes stated in this news release. The results reported herein are intended to characterize the sampled stockpile and tailings materials for preliminary metallurgical evaluation and should not be interpreted as representative of a mineral resource or mineral reserve.
