Every five years, Automotive News recognizes female leaders in the automotive field who hold significant influence and drive key decisions within their companies.

The 2025 class of Automotive News' 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry emerged from a months-long nomination and judging process that attracted hundreds of entries from the United States, Canada and Mexico. This year's list honors engineers, mobility leaders, manufacturing and marketing executives, financiers, dealer principals and designers.

Tina joined Lithia & Driveway in 2005, working in internal audit and corporate accounting before being promoted to Corporate Controller in 2015 and Vice President in 2018. Tina has served as CFO since 2019.
