RESTON, Va., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Stephen Vather has joined Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) as senior vice president of investor relations. He brings deep experience across investor relations, corporate development and capital markets.

Vather joins Leidos from Leonardo DRS, where he was senior vice president of corporate development and investor relations and helped lead the company's return to the public markets. Before that, he spent nine years at ManTech, where he led mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. He began his career in investment banking.
