TOKYO , Jan. 23, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lead Real Estate Co., Ltd (Nasdaq: LRE) (“LRE,” or the “Company”), a Japanese real estate developer of luxury residential properties including single-family homes, condominiums, and hotels (ENT TERRACE series) in Tokyo, Kanagawa Prefecture, and Sapporo City, Japan, today announced its entry into a business alliance agreement, effective November 28, 2024, with interior design firm Prostyle Design, Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Nobuhiro Koga).
The purpose of the agreement is to maximize the value of clients' assets by collaborating in the procurement, planning, development, and sales of luxury detached houses, commercial hotel buildings, and condominiums in prime locations in Tokyo, including Minato-ku, Shibuya-ku, and Chuo-ku, for the ultra-wealthy, using world-class design and top brand furniture.
Prostyle Design specializes in the interior design of luxury residences, commercial buildings, condominiums, and commercial stores based on the concept of “Living with Food, Clothing, Shelter, and Pleasure.”
