Over the past year, La Rosa has repeatedly highlighted its AI strategy. In June 2024 it moved to monetize its JAEME AI system. Through 2025, it launched AI tools, held an AI-focused summit, and by November 2025 secured up to $1.25 billion in financing facilities to pivot into AI data center infrastructure. An initial $11,000,000 note closing in January 2026 built a strategic reserve. Today’s announcement extends that trajectory with additional digital assets and cash aimed at funding AI-optimized data center real estate.
