Life Time Makes it Easier for Members to Find Competitive Matches with DUPR In-App Integration
Life Time (LTH) has completed the integration of Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating (DUPR) into its app at all clubs offering pickleball.
Sentiment and the balance of points
Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

DUPR is a rating system from 2.000 to 8.000 that groups players by ability using match results, coach input, and video and artificial intelligence analysis, so games stay balanced and competitive.
Members can link their Life Time member ID to their DUPR account directly in the app, then see their rating alongside the tools they already use to book courts, removing the guesswork from setting up an even game. Clubs can offer DUPR-gated Open Play for members with linked accounts, as well as leveled and all-level Open Play for members without a rating, and Life Time Pickleball Pros remain the primary resource for DUPR questions and guidance. Players can track their progress over time as their rating updates.
DUPR serves as the official rating system of Major League Pickleball (MLP), the Professional Pickleball Association (PPA) and is used by millions of players worldwide.
"As pickleball continues to grow at Life Time, many of our members are seeking out opponents at their skill level for more competitive matches and to grow their game," said Ryan Brister, Vice President of Racquet Sports at Life Time. "Bringing DUPR into our app does exactly that. It takes the friction out of matchmaking and helps our pickleball communities grow stronger."
"Life Time has been an incredible partner in growing pickleball, and this integration brings the value of a trusted rating directly into the member experience," said Tito Machado, CEO of DUPR. "The best pickleball experiences start with finding the right people to play with. Integrating DUPR into the Life Time app removes friction for players and gives members access to the same trusted rating system used across all levels of the sport."
