As previously announced, the Company changed its auditor on October 21, 2024. The Company is in the process of completing the finalization of the financial statements for the third quarter of fiscal 2025. Therefore, the Company will host a rescheduled investor conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time on Monday, December 16, 2024 to discuss the Company’s third quarter fiscal 2025 financial results, provide a corporate update, and conclude with Q&A from telephone participants.
